Sija assists in the financing of machinery and equipment through leases offered by reputable financial institutions such as EFL, Santander and Millenium on General Principles.

By working with these companies, we can provide our customers with favourable leasing terms, enabling them to obtain the necessary funds to purchase the necessary machinery and equipment.

Lease terms range from 24 to 60 months, giving customers the flexibility to choose the best solution for their business. The down payment at the beginning of the lease is only 10% of the machine’s value, which means that even small and medium-sized enterprises can benefit from our services.
An additional advantage of the offer is the possibility to buy the machine at the end of the leasing contract, even for a symbolic amount of 1%. This allows our customers to become owners of their new equipment at the end of the leasing contract, increasing their independence and financial stability.
Two types of leasing are available as part of the Leasing offer: operational and financial.

1. Operating leases – in this form, the lessee pays for the use of the object but does not include it in its assets. At the end of the contract, the object is returned to the lessor, unless it is bought by the lessee. This is an advantageous solution for companies that prefer lower monthly instalments and do not plan a buyout.
2. Financial leasing – here the leased object becomes part of the lessee’s assets and, after the end of the contract period, becomes their property after the instalments have been paid. A financial lease is more favourable if the aim is to take over ownership after the lease period, but it involves higher monthly costs.
